The Four Immeasurable Wishes of Buddhism
Love: May all mother sentient beings, boundless as the sky, have happiness and the causes of happiness.
Compassion: May they be liberated from suffering and the causes of suffering.
Bliss: May they never be separated from the happiness which is free from sorrow.
Equanimity: May they rest in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion.
Regular Practises
We hold our regular practice sessions every Sunday mornings, 10am - 12pm and Special Days
Practices on every Tibetan 10th, 15th and 29th.
If a special day falls on a Sunday, our regular practices shall be replaced with the respective
Special Day Practice, 10am - 12pm.
Sessions are opened to all. We welcome everyone to join us in our regular practice programme.
